Chao Cajun

Chao Cajun was first introduced in 1996 in Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne, Pennsylvania as an alternative to the typical food court fare. Flavorful marinated menu items are prepared fresh, including our signature "Bourbon Chicken", which is the talk of the town.

By reflecting a quality alternative to standard food court fare, Chao Cajun offers a rice-based menu with flare, bringing the taste of Louisiana and other historic "Deep South" cuisines with Shrimp and Chicken to you! The result is a diverse menu enabling us to reach a broader marketplace and help add an exciting variety of tastes to our customer's palate!

Today, Chao Cajun is offered in Mall and Airport food courts throughout the Southeast and Mid-Western United States.
